Mission and Vision Statements
Mission Statement: The Hannah's Grove HOA/COA, a Self-managed Association, shall promote a friendly family neighborhood environment while assisting members in maintaining their investment. We seek to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, enforcement of rules and covenants, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among the residents, and investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good.
COA Objectives: The Hannah’s Grove Condominium Association Board of Directors seeks to perform all of their duties with honesty, integrity, and respect for everyone. Including but not limited to:
- To support our residents in all matters beneficial to the community.
- To reserve the right to challenge actions that is deemed not to be in the best interests of the majority and to work for change where change is needed.
- To help enforce existing covenants in a reasonable manner, to help implement revisions in areas where covenants are flawed, ineffective or non-existent.
- To seek continuous improvements in financial oversight, budgeting, and spending of our funds dedicated to the operations of the common properties owned.
- To support general community interests such as issues with the county, efforts designed to increase property values, and other long-term goals.
- To keeping members informed on association issues that directly affect them and their families.
- To preserve the accomplishments of the Association’s past Board of Directors as a historical guide for developing future roles for the Association.
Our Vision: We envision a community of neighbors working together in private, voluntary association to achieve a higher quality of life and increasing property values. We envision a neighborhood that is considered by residents and non-residents alike to be a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and community.
